An Evaluation may be for you if:
Teachers have reported concerns about your child’s behavior.
You have concerns about your child’s ability to pay attention and/or hyperactive and impulsive behaviors.
Your child is struggling academically, but you know they are very capable.
You have concerns regarding possible ADHD, anxiety, or other mood/behavioral concerns.
You are a college-aged student seeking to determine if you have ADHD.
What To Expect

Free Consultation
You , the parent, will complete a 15-minute consultation to meet Dr. Hannah and discuss your child’s needs.

Intake + Psychological Measures
Intake paperwork will be completed. Primary caregivers, your child’s teacher, and your child (if they are old enough) will complete online measures to better describe your child’s symptoms.

Interview and Feedback
You will have a 2-hour session, which will include: a child interview/play session, a parent interview, and parent feedback. This is held either in-person (Jacksonville, FL) or online.

Psychological Report
You will receive a Psychological Report including Diagnoses and Recommendations. You will have a 30 minute virtual feedback session to review the results and recommendations. You can share this report with your child’s school and/or physician if you choose.

This package includes the ADHD Evaluation and 3 Additional Sessions (45Min each)
Sessions will typically involve parent behavioral training sessions. However, these sessions are individually tailored to meet the needs of your child. Parent behavioral training is evidence-based for alleviating symptoms in children and teens with ADHD and behavioral difficulties. Other sessions that may be helpful for your child could include: teacher behavioral training, child/ teen ADHD education, study/organizational training. A sample parent-based treatment plan may include: behavioral recommendations, positive reinforcement principles, behavior planning, general Q&A.
