Hannah Samaha, PhD

Dr. Hannah is a licensed psychologist in the state of Louisiana, currently living in the beautiful Okinawa, Japan with her family. She is a military spouse and mom of two young girls. She has extensive experience in school and clinical settings. Most recently, she worked as a hospital Pediatric Psychologist serving military dependents. She is now offering private telehealth services to children and adolescents living in Okinawa, Japan and Louisiana.

Dr. Hannah has had a strong interest in telehealth far before the pandemic. She completed undergraduate and graduate research on the topic of consulting with teachers via telehealth.  She has extensive experience in psychotherapy (counseling), psychological evaluations, and consultation with parents and teachers. She has served children with many diagnoses, including: anxiety, autism, ADHD, OCD, depression, and other behavioral disorders. She aims to take a holistic approach, addressing concerns across multiple environments. Her expertise in both clinical and school psychology allows her to address underlying mental health needs while also providing individualized educational recommendations.
